Q. Why has The Waste Land app stopped working now I've upgraded to iOS5?
This is a known issue. We have released an update to the app. Please update your app to the latest version.

Q. Why can't I hear sound when playing readings or watching video in The Waste Land?

Q. Sometimes when I go to a page in Solar System objects fail to appear?
We are aware of this infrequent bug which is usually resolved if you temporarily go to another page and then back again. We will be issuing an update to eliminate the problem.

Q. Does The Elements for iPhone 4 work on an iPod Touch, iPhone 3G or 3GS that has been updated to iOS 4.0?
The Elements for iPhone 4 is specifically designed for the high resolution screen on the new iPhone 4. It will not run on older devices — even if they are updated to iOS 4.0.

Q. The Elements seems to take a long time to download in iTunes?
The Elements is quite large at around 1.8GB, almost as large as many HD movies. Depending on the speed of your internet connection, it may take some time to download in iTunes. Check the progress bar periodically: if it stops moving you may need to cancel the download and start again.

Q. Why does The Elements take a long time to sync to my iPad?
The Elements does take some time to sync to your iPad due to its substantial size. If the sync appears to have hung and the progress bar remains static, you may need to cancel the sync and restart it.

Q. Why does The Elements for iPad occasionally exit?
This may happen if there isn't enough memory available for The Elements to run. This can usually be resolved by restarting your iPad: Learn how. We are aware of several specific situations this happens in, and these will be addressed in the first free update to the app.

Q. When will The Elements be available in Korean? Or any other language?
We are actively considering publication of The Elements in other languages. Use the Facebook and Twitter links below to be kept apprised with announcements and news of upcoming translations of The Elements and other upcoming Touch Press titles.

Q. Does The Elements support VGA output?
No. The Elements does not support VGA output at this time. UPDATE: The iPad 2 does support VGA output, and The Elements looks stunning.

Q. Where can I get the 3D glasses to view the 3D stereo images in The Elements?
